About

If you love coastal views, prepare to be spoiled!

Perched on a dreamy clifftop location in Mevagissey, Cornwall. Marine Point occupies an amazing waterside location looking out across Mevagissey Harbour to Chapel Point. The panoramic sea views are enough to shout about alone, however there is so much more to Marine Point.

A modern and spacious apartment, it is part of the Nare Court complex. High quality finishes and luxury touches mean that this is sought after accommodation. Sleeping a maximum of five people, it has three bedrooms. A master suite with a super king bed and ensuite shower room. A further bedroom with a flexible formation with zip link beds, allowing for either twin or another super king room. And finally, a single bedroom. The second and third bedrooms also share the family bathroom. Ideal for a family with older children (9+), friends, couples or perhaps a multigenerational family unit.

Its picture perfect location is just a five minute downhill walk to the ancient fishing village of Mevagissey. And is situated within easy reach of many of Cornwall’s famed attractions, beaches and beauty spots.

Inside

Decorated in a palette of calming blues and soft yellows, Marine Point feels inviting and homely whilst reflecting its coastal location. High end finishes, such as oak woodwork and limestone tiling showcase the quality of the contemporary furnishings. While the beautiful Cornish artwork adds both style and a sense of place. The open plan living area features a lovely lounge. With three comfy sofas and a Smart TV, movie night doesn’t need to be a squeeze. The dining table, laid for six, is situated in pride of place looking out across the sea views. And keen chefs will adore the beautiful kitchen. With an oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee machine. It has everything you could need, plus laundry facilities. Even better, you can keep in touch with the group chatter through the handy serving hatch.

Outside

Coming with private, undercover parking for one vehicle, you could park up for the duration. Or get out and about around Cornwall without the worry of where to park when you return. But the best part of Marine Point lies within its location. Situated beside the water you can gaze across the most beautiful of coastal views from the large, private balcony. Watch as the hustle and bustle of the village calms down. As the tides go in and out and as day turns to night. You may even be lucky enough to spot the seals and dolphins that often frequent the bay. All from your idyllic vantage point.

Nearby

Located just a five minute downhill walk to Mevagissey, this charming fishing village offers charm and history aplenty. Visit the Aquarium and get acquainted with local marine species. Or step back in time at Mevagissey Museum. While the charms of the harbour may keep you from venturing far, Marine Point is well located for exploring Cornwall. Just a few minutes’ drive away is the famed Lost Gardens of Heligan. With The Eden Project being around a twenty five minute drive. Nearby Charlestown is beautiful, and Poldark fans will know it as a filming location for the series. Find out more about its past at The Shipwreck Treasure Museum. And of course, this being Cornwall, there are lots of beautiful beaches to enjoy! Within easy reach are the family friendly beaches of Pentewan, Goran Haven and Portmellon. While those who wish to take on the steep walk will be in for a treat at the secluded and peaceful cove of Polstreath.
