Oh we do like to be beside the seaside! Yes we do like to be by the sea. Especially when we can take our four-legged friends with us! Our wonderful island is home to some of the most beautiful coastlines in the world and deserves to be recognised for it. We can’t always guarantee that the weather will be on our side but we can’t let the rain ruin our fun. Remember, take home only memories and leave only paw prints!
Saundersfoot Beach
Undoubtedly one of the best beaches in Wales. A golden sandy beach with shallow waters awaits your arrival. Ideal for your dog’s first trip to the beach and to get used to the water. For the humans, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and independent shops to enjoy.

Marloes Sands
Marloes has a huge expanse of golden sand stretching for over a mile at low tide, perfect for a game of fetch. The beach is backed by cliffs with interesting rock formations and the low tide reveals numerous little bays and rockpools and you can also see all that’s left of a wrecked ship sticking out of the sand.

Bournemouth Beach
Bournemouth itself has five spectacular Blue Flag beaches to choose from; Alum Chine, Durley Chine, Fisherman’s Walk, Manor Steps and Southbourne. There are designated dog friendly sections that you can both enjoy, please check before you plan to visit what sections you are allowed on.
