Outside, guests can unwind in the private covered hot tub, gather around the firepit, dine alfresco, relax in the hammock or simply soak up the peaceful surroundings. While it feels wonderfully secluded, Oxford, Blenheim Palace and Bicester Village are all within easy reach, making it the ideal countryside getaway for families, couples or friends.

You must be over 18 years old to enter this prize draw, please make sure you read these full terms and conditions before entering. To enter this prize draw, you can enter by entering your email address in the form above. By submitting your email address you agree to sign up to the ToWander UK and Shellgrove Rural Retreats mailing lists, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. The prize draw is open from the 18th June until the 6th July 2026 at 12noon.
The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received within that time. The winner will be notified via their email address no later than 7 days after the prize draw close date. No correspondence about the prize draw will be entered into and no cash will be given in place. Non-transferable to another guest or date once booked. The winner will need to confirm their acceptance of their prize within 48 hours of notification. Failure to do so will grant the promotor (ToWander UK) the right to select another winner at random from those entered during the competition period.
The prize is for a FREE 2 night midweek stay for up to 4 people in Nectar House at Shellgrove Rural Retreats in Oxfordshire, during off peak dates. Dates to be confirmed and agreed with Shellgrove Rural Retreats, excludes school summer holiday dates and peak times. The stay must be taken before the end of 2026. No alternative prize or cash equivalent will be given.
