Bonington Farm offers flexibility in abundance. Located in the village of Sutton Bonnington, within easy reach of Nottingham, Derby and Leicester, it offers four unique properties. The Grain Store, Freya’s Farmhouse, Molly’s Cabin and Pamella’s Place are available individually or collectively. While the Grain Store and Molly’s Cabin sleep two people apiece. Freya’s Farmhouse sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms, with Pamella’s Place sleeping four people in four bedrooms. The properties are unique, styled with a country-inspired rustic flourish with heaps of luxury to revel in. Collectively, they sleep up to twenty guests, making it a fantastic location for a reunion of friends and family. Perhaps you have a special milestone to celebrate, or a wedding to gather for. And with plenty of extras, such as yoga sessions and private dining, it’s an ideal and slightly alternative retreat for the whole group. And all of this is set amongst fifteen acres of beautiful countryside.
But it’s not all cut off from the modern world. Despite the countryside location and vintage feel, all properties are served with Starlink Wi-Fi and The Grain Store, Freya’s Farmhouse and Molly’s Cabin all have Smart TVs. Whilst Pamella’s Place has a Sonos speaker and lots of board games for chilled evenings filled with music and fun.  All up to date here!

Inside

Each of the spaces are quirky and unique, a seamless blend of chic rusticity and modern luxury. The Grain Store was once a working farm silo, now cleverly converted into a cylindrical abode for two. You’ll find the open plan living/dining and custom curved kitchen on the ground floor, along with the bathroom. Meanwhile, the king size bed is on the open mezzanine level overlooking the living area. Molly’s Cabin is a converted hay barn, with a super king size bed and rainfall shower room. And you’ll find an incredible ninety inch smart tv in the open plan living/dining and kitchen. Pamella’s Place is the next largest. The four bedrooms are stacked on either side of a central staircase, with a curtain for privacy. Looking out onto the open plan living space, which leads into a fully equipped kitchen. While the stylish bathroom has a lovely rainfall shower for peak relaxation. Finally, Freya’s Farmhouse sleeps six people in three bedrooms, however a further two guests can be accommodated upon request. All three bedrooms are on the first floor, with an ensuite to the master. While downstairs there is a farmhouse kitchen and an open plan living space. The amazing sofa seated before the huge Smart TV – perfect for a family film night.

Outside

All of the properties at Bonington Farm have their own private parking spots with plenty of space for all guests. Pamella’s Place has a beautiful private outdoor patio space, along with a wood fired hot tub and BBQ grill. Perfect for al fresco dining and evening relaxation. Meanwhile Freya’s Farmhouse has the ultimate in outdoor facilities. The private patio space has a Big Green Egg BBQ, along with a Gozney pizza oven. And not only will guests be able to relax in the wood fired hot tub. But they can alternate with the incredible Swedish style sauna too!

Nearby

Bonington Farm is in a great location for seeing the local area. Equidistant to the cities of both Nottingham and Derby, with Leicester to the south, you have the best of both worlds. If you’re keen on motorsports, Donington Park Circuit is less than twenty minutes away. Meanwhile, those who enjoy a quieter day out may prefer Elvaston Castle Country Park or National Trust Calke Abbey. Both being less than thirty minutes away, you can enjoy a picnic and a stretch of the legs. Discover Nottingham’s network of underground caves at the City of Caves. While families may enjoy a day out at the National Space Centre, near Leicester, just over a half hour away.
