Imagine the scene. Cocooned within warm, cosy timber walls. Natural light flooding the rooms through huge windows perfectly set to the most incredible views. Every inch of these lodges at Bowland Retreat has been carefully thought through. From the homely, yet contemporary styling to the luxurious home comforts throughout.  Open plan living promises a social experience, whether you’re dining, laughing or simply watching television together. Meanwhile, seclusion can easily be sought. The plush bedrooms offer a sanctuary. The majority enjoy the privacy of their very own en suite bathroom.

Love to cook? A sleek kitchen comes with all the kitchenware you’ll need to cook up a feast for your loved ones. Each lodge has something a little different to offer. Varying in size, they accommodate 2, 4 or up to 6 guests.

Bowland Retreat Lodges offer an authentic opportunity to experience rural living. But wonderfully situated between the market town of Clitheroe, and the village of Whalley, there is little compromise on amenities.

Throw the doors open onto the expanse of rural countryside. Take in the stunning views of Ribble Valley and Pendle Hill. Perfect positioning allows the best vantage point for each lodge.

And whilst the views may differ slightly, what each lodge has in common are the sumptuous hot tubs. There is nothing better after a long day than snuggling into a soft spa robe before sliding into a warm Jacuzzi hot tub. Allow the powerful jets to unwind those tense, aching muscles. Let go of everyday stress. Relax. And breathe. Some hot tub areas are secluded with undercover starlit lighting whilst others are open to the natural sky and beautiful views.

The local area is teeming with things to do! There are walks and bike trails aplenty. Blend fresh air with history on the Tolkien and Pendle Witch Trails. Explore the historic market town of Clitheroe and its castle. If food and drink is your thing, Bowland Brewery at Holmes Mill with Beer and Food Hall will be right up your street.
