Harbour Reach is tucked away in the picturesque coastal town of Porthleven. Perfectly positioned near beautiful beaches, delicious restaurants, scenic walking routes and popular Cornish towns such as St Ives & Penzance.

Superbly styled & appointed, Harbour Reach is a delight for all the guests, including your beloved four legged friends. This sunbathed house sleeps up to ten guests, across numerous bedrooms allowing for privacy even when traveling as a group. No top and tailing required here! Spend your days exploring the local lands of Cornwall. Then, in the evenings pop open a glass of bubbly and hop into the huge hot tub whilst someone lights up the BBQ.

Inside

The ultra stylish open plan kitchen,boasting state of the art appliances, becomes the social hub of Harbour Reach. Enjoy sharing the cooking and creating some delicious meals that everyone can enjoy around the dining room table. Harbour Reach is so well equipped for cooking up a storm, a Masterchef Professionals winner recently choose it as their destination for entertaining his family and friends on holiday. Embrace the warmer weather Cornwall often offers and open up the bifold doors onto the south facing sun terrace. Wash off those sandy toes and relax in front of the TV in the slick living room. Stream some of the kids favourite films with ease due to the superfast WiFi. And for those cooler evenings, whether that be Summer or Winter, light the wood burning stove for extra cosiness.

Harbour Reach comfortably accommodates ten guests across four king size bedrooms and one double bedroom. All of these chic bedrooms have hotel quality beds, adorned with egyptian cotton linen and throws. Three of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and have en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs, the two light and airy loft bedrooms share a modern bathroom and also have a mini kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, mood lighting and smart TV’s. An ideal place for the kids to hang out whilst the adults relax in the Hot Tub. There is also a TV lounge with a comfortable sofa and a handy work station if work is a must whilst you are away. The doors open up onto a sea facing balcony with a comfortable rattan seating area to soak up the evening sun. There is also a sofa bed to offer a bit more flexibility for sleeping arrangements for another adult or child.

Outside

There’s no point going to Cornwall unless you can enjoy the fabulous weather the county often presents. At Harbour Reach, you will be delighted with the sun drenched outdoor space that is on offer. The spacious south facing terrace is a wonderful place to spend the day. Cook up some mouth watering meals on the BBQ or make use of the pizza oven. Make the most of some alfresco dining in the pergola seating area in the back garden, with comfortable rattan sofas and a fire pit table. You’ll be sure to enjoy summer evenings here. There is also another sun deck area at the back of the garden, a quiet place to have your morning cuppa in peace.

To make things extra special, Harbour Reach has a magnificent seven seater Hot Tub. This advanced hydrotherapy spa boasts neck and shoulder massagers, numerous jets and atmospheric LED lighting.

Harbour Reach also has parking for up to five or six cars, a rarity in this harbour village, and it even has an electric charging point.

Idyllically located for a perfect coastal getaway in Cornwall, Harbour Reach is an ideal escape for those wanting to explore Cornwall. Just a five minute stroll from this classy holiday let and you will reach Porthleven. This popular town is recognised as one of Cornwalls’ leading foodie destinations. During your stay, perhaps sample the menu at the award winning Michelin starred restaurant Kota and other popular eateries such as The Square, Kota Kai and Mussel Shoal.

There are far too many beaches to mention that you could visit during your stay at Harbour Reach. So you may just have to book to come back again to explore them even more! Some of Shelley & Robs (owners) recommendations include Praa Sands, Poldhu Cove, Perranuthnoe, Falmouth and Marazion. There are a variety of coastal walks that the whole family and your dog will absolutely love. Pop on your walking boots and head out onto the South West Coast Path, the UK’s longest and most loved national trail. Accessed just a short stroll away from your doorstep. There are also a collection of scenic coastal routes to enjoy during your stay at Harbour Reach.

For the water babies amongst us, Porthleven is one of the more notorious spots to surf, however there are plenty of places nearby to try the sport out. We’d recommend booking a lesson at Global Boarders Surf School. If surfing isn’t really your thing but you’d love to get out onto the water, hire a kayak or paddleboard from Vertical Blue. Or, book the group a boat trip from Porthleven on The Mollie May, a traditional Cornish fishing boat. For the golfers amongst us, whatever your handicap, you are more than welcome to play a game at Mullion Golf Club.
