From the moment you take the lift to the third floor, you’ll be charmed by this eclectic abode. Untempered light pools into the rooms, and you’ll adore the panoramic views of the town. Contemporary furniture seamlessly blends with antiquities creating a really unusual, yet homely feel. The main living space holds cinema style seating and a massive ninety inch television. In the master bedroom you’ll be treated to an emperor size bed, with a log burner for an extra slice of romantic ambience. Along with a freestanding copper bath and rainfall shower. While the functional kitchen houses a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a coffee machine. You’ll have access to all the cooking essentials too, as well as laundry facilities.

Outside

The outside space delivers on the wow front just as much as the inside. While there’s no expansive lawn or rolling hills, Jason Works apartment has more cosmopolitan appeal. With its own private terrace, furnished with outdoor seating, it is ideal for drinks or dining. Slip into the Japanese hot tub and soak all those cares away. While the sauna will help ease those sore, aching muscles ensuring you’re in peak relaxation mode.

Loughborough, being a market town, has two bustling ‘traditional’ markets per week, plus a vintage market on a Friday. And if you find yourself drawn to the area, Charnwood Museum is a great place for finding out more about the history of Loughborough and the surrounding area. Why not check out what’s on at Loughborough Town Hall, a brilliant arts venue hosting shows and events. Heading further afield, Leicester is twenty five minutes away, with the National Space Centre being just one of its many draws. For stunning homes and beautiful grounds, Elvaston Castle Country Park and National Trust Calke Abbey are both less than forty minutes away. Enjoy bracing walks at Rushcliffe Country Park and Bradgate Park. Or head north to Nottingham. Hire a bike and enjoy the beauty of Clumber Park, just under an hour away.
