It is finally time to plan that long overdue catch up with your loved ones and what better place to stay than The Chilterns View Safari Tent. Large group accommodation doesn’t come quirkier than a stay in this splendid Safari Tent which can accommodate up to ten guests. Situated in the heart of Oxfordshire just an hour away from London, this rural hideaway offers guests a chance to make new memories with friends whilst enjoying the picturesque surroundings the Chiltern Hills has to offer.

Spend your days exploring the plethora of woodland walks and scenic cycle trails. Or, simply stay tucked away in your own slice of heaven and enjoy your outdoor party area and cosy interiors. Admire the stunning sunsets from the comfort of your large hot tub or cook up some amazing pizzas in the pizza oven. All whilst enjoying some long overdue quality time together.

Inside

A cosy and inviting atmosphere greets you on arrival as you enter your home for the week. The open plan kitchen and living area becomes the social hub for your stay and is the perfect place to host an indoor games night if the weather isn’t playing ball. Cook up a storm for the whole group in the fully equipped kitchen area which you can then all enjoy together around the expansive wooden dining table.

After a busy day exploring the English countryside, or relaxing in the hot tub, rest assured each guest will have the best night’s sleep. Ten guests can be comfortably accommodated in the safari tent across five cosy bedrooms. The separate bedrooms allow for privacy even when traveling as a group.

This quaint village is home to owner Rachel’s favourite pub, The Shepherd’s Hut, just a thirty minute walk away or five minute bike ride. Renowned for serving up one of South Oxfordshire’s best Sunday lunches, this cosy pub is definitely worth a visit. The renowned Crooked Billet is just twenty minutes away and serves up incredible gastro food. This popular restaurant also has regular live music nights.

During your stay, you will have noticed the beautiful Chiltern Hills. This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is perfect for those looking for tranquil countryside walks and scenic cycle rides on the Ridgeway National Trail.
