The Look Out is one impressive seaside retreat! Set within a warehouse development, it’s a thoroughly modern townhouse. Laid across four immaculately styled floors, it offers designer luxury in a welcoming, homely way. Overlooking Reeves Beach in the seaside resort of Whitstable in Kent, The Look Out occupies a fantastic location. Being a very short walk to the harbour, and to unique Harbour Street with its vibrant shops and eateries.

Sleeping up to six people in three bedrooms (two king size doubles plus a twin). The Look Out also benefits from three bath or shower rooms, plus an additional w.c and private secure parking for two cars. It’s ideal for families and friends looking for a break with plenty of fresh sea air. Stay put and enjoy a relaxing break in Whitstable Bay. Explore the Kent coastline, or head into the countryside and beyond. Just over half a mile from Whitstable train station, you can even be in Central London in just under ninety minutes.

The Look Out is a beautifully styled contemporary space which perfectly balances great looks with homely cosiness. Set across four floors, you enter into the ground floor hallway. Here you’ll find a well-equipped utility room, including a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a w.c On the first floor you’ll find the gorgeous kitchen diner. Open plan, with glazed doors inviting the sunlight in, this is an incredible space. The high quality Neptune kitchen is a dream to cook in. While your fellow guests can enjoy the fruits of your labour at the dining set for six. You’ll also find the first of the king size bedrooms on this floor, along with a shower room. Up to the next floor, you’ll discover the stunning living room. The huge modular sofa is begging to be snuggled into. While the Smart TV is primed and ready to entertain. Although, with those sea views to distract you – will you manage to keep track of the storyline? The second bedroom, a twin, can also be found on this floor, along with the family bathroom. And at the top of the house, you’ll find the master bedroom. Wake up to clear views of the sea before freshening up in your en-suite shower room.

Offering three classy outdoors spaces, the heart of these is, without doubt, the terrace. Accessed via the glazed doors in the kitchen diner, this is a very stylish spot. With a wood panel surround, you’ll enjoy catching up on some laughs at the cosy outdoor sofas. Or cook at the Weber barbecue and eat al fresco. You can get lost in those sea views from the living room balcony. And whoever is lucky enough to have the top floor bedroom, morning coffee from your balcony is a must.

The Lookout is in the perfect spot for a holiday by the sea. The town itself is charming, with a rich maritime history and a vibrant arts scene. And if seaside locations are your thing, you’re in luck as the Kent coastline has much to offer! Head to Herne Bay and enjoy all the fun of the Pier, fifteen minutes away. And Margate is a must. A very traditional British seaside resort, its amusement park, Dreamland, is one of the country’s longest surviving amusement parks. Brilliant for a fun filled family day out, it’s around a half an hour drive. For something a little more sedate, explore the cathedral city of Canterbury, just twenty minutes away. A medieval walled city, it’s fit to bursting with history. If you enjoy history, Belmont House and Gardens, as well as Reculver Towers and Roman Fort are all less than thirty minutes away. With Dover Castle, Rochester Castle and Leeds Castle all being around forty minutes away.
