Calling all Glampers! Welcome to an exquisite, bespoke collection of cabins in Bedfordshire. These charming hideaways sleep up to six guests making them perfect for family holidays or couples wanting a spacious glamping escape. From scandi to boutique, each cabin has been carefully designed to ensure you have the ultimate glamping getaway.

Set within the meadows of Polehanger Farm, the cabins offer a tranquil or action packed getaway. By day, explore an abundance of woodland trails and wildlife right from your doorstep or venture slightly further afield and discover some of Bedfordshire’s & Hertfordshire’s best attractions. By night, snuggle down in your cosy cabin or in the soothing hot tubs. It’s the perfect place to spend some long overdue quality time together.

Inside

There are four cabins to choose from; Marigold, Eyebright, Wallflower and Aster. Whilst each cabin has its own unique style, inside you’ll find similar luxurious facilities. Sumptuous king size beds await for a relaxing night’s rest and a selection of comfy bunk beds and sofa beds are available for the children. All of the cabins have modern and sleek en-suite shower rooms. Marigold cabin even has the added luxury of a freestanding bath. The cabins have beautifully designed kitchens with everything you need to rustle up a romantic evening meal, family feast or breakfast in bed. All of the cabins have infrared heating making them extra toasty in those chilly months.

Outside

The cabins all have private outdoor areas with fire pits so the whole family can enjoy the simple pleasure of a traditional campfire. Two of the cabins at Polehanger also have an extra special feature; Marigold cabin has a romantic two person fresh water wood fired hot tub and Eyebright has a fresh water wood fired hot tub for four.

Nearby

The Meadows at Polehanger are perfectly situated for exploring Bedfordshire. Before leaving your cosy retreat why not explore everything Polehanger farm has to offer. If a gentle family stroll is on the agenda then you won’t be disappointed. There are 7 kms of natural footpaths and trails to explore right from your cabin doorstep. This includes the Polehanger Farm River Woodland trail; pack a picnic and make an afternoon of exploring the farm. Slightly further afield, explore the beautiful grounds of Wrest Park. With 90 acres of stunning gardens, elaborate water fountains and woodland walks, it’s a place guaranteed to please the whole family. Wrest Park also has an onsite café serving up delicious food, so whilst the adults indulge in some sweet treats, the kids can burn off some energy in the play area. Shuttleworth Estate is also within easy reach and is well worth a visit. During the summer months, owner Charlotte recommends a trip to Hitchin Lavender. Stunning displays of purple lavender, bright yellow sunflowers and wild flower meadows are all to be seen here.
