Set high up in the picturesque Radnorshire hills, this divine wooden pod awaits your arrival. Situated on 90 acres of luscious farmland with your only neighbours being alpacas and sheep. This lovely adults only hideaway is the perfect place to switch off and relax with family and friends. So sit back and recharge in this comforting digital detox retreat.
Located in the beautiful Welsh county of Powys and boasting unrivalled views of the Radnorshire Valley, Huacaya’s Cush is a great rural escape. Stylishly designed, this pod can sleep 2-4 guests, making it perfect for family staycations (over 18 years only) or catching up with friends. Make your stay even more special by pre-booking a selection of hampers containing delicious Welsh treats.
Inside
Chic and modern interiors feature throughout this spacious hideaway. With accommodation for four across two double bedrooms. The cosy double bedrooms feature a sumptuous Hypnos bed with bed linen provided. A charming fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook up some delicious meals. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are also provided so you can enjoy a nice cuppa after your journey. There is a large bathroom with a fabulous monsoon shower! And everything but bath towels are provided so make sure to add them to your packing list. Huacaya’s Cush is fully insulated with underfloor heating, keeping you toastie all year round.
Outside Huacayas Cush
Huacaya’s Cush pod features its very own private decking area with outdoor seating and a glass covered roof. A wood fired hot tub has been perfectly places for guests to enjoy the panoramic views this fabulous location has to offer. You’ll be in the company of the owners herd of alpacas who roam freely around the pod and you may also spot some of the local wildlife. Including red kites, hares, foxes and possibly even deer! Parking is situated right outside the pod for ease.

There are lots of adventures awaiting you at Huacaya’s Cush! Secret spots including Water Break-Its-Neck Waterfall make for the perfect walk. During the evenings in your pod you could plan many others walks in Radnor Forest, Hergest Ridge, Llandrindod Wells Lake, Brecon Beacons and Elan Valley Reservoir and Dam. For the keen cyclists amongst us, there are numerous cycle routes to be explored in Radnor Forest with varying difficulties.
If you don’t fancy doing the dishes and cooking then there are lots of local eateries to enjoy. These include The Fforest Inn, one of Wales’ oldest pubs, The Harp Inn which serves up some delicious home cooked food and The Stagg Inn at Titley, an award winning dining pub. Presteigne is within easy reach, offering tempting tapas, marvellous milkshakes and irresistible sweet treats and wine at No.46. As well as a delicious Sunday Lunch at the Royal Oak.
There are also some local gems nearby to satisfy a mini shopping spree such as Esco’s village shop, Mr Benn’s emporium, Junk N Disorderly and Erwood Station Gallery.
