Only a few steps away from the cabin, you can fire up the BBQ and create a sumptuous evening feast – experiencing outdoor cooking in a beautiful setting. Later, as the night turns cooler, light the fire pit and lose yourself in the beautiful dark, starry skies, before heading back to grab some bubbles (bath or drink variety – your choice!) and bathe in the outdoor sunken bath.

If you’re looking for a day out and have a keen interest in history, there’s plenty to see. Talley Abbey, a ruined monastery set beside lovely twin lakes, is just a few minutes away. Two National Trust attractions are less than twenty minutes away. Dolaucothi Gold Mines, surface and underground gold mines from the Roman era. With Dinefwr Estate and Newton House both ripe for exploration! And for lovers of poetry and the arts, Laugharne and Dylan Thomas’ Boathouse are well worth the fifty minute drive.
