The open plan living space features an inviting double bed and a small, yet perfectly formed kitchen area. Coming complete with an oven and small induction hob, along with an integrated fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. It has everything you need for rustling up simple meals and tasty snacks. Enjoy cuddles and popcorn watching a great Netflix movie in bed on the Smart TV. And with your ensuite shower room you’ll have everything you need to hand for a peaceful romantic break.
Outside
The Perch has a wonderful outside space, a little Welsh oasis of peace. Step out onto your private decking area and enjoy a cup of tea in the sunshine at your bistro set. As a pet friendly space, your furry friend will love the private garden. Cook al fresco with a view at the BBQ. And make sure you have the water warm and toasty for a dip in your own hot tub. Enjoy the view until dusk falls, and then marvel upwards at the starry night sky above.

For those looking to get out and about, The Perch is brilliantly located as the local area is teeming with things to do. For those who like their adrenaline rush in a wetsuit, head to Rest Bay Beach, less than twenty minutes away. For beginners, you may like to sign up to a lesson or two from Porthcawl Surf School. But if surfing isn’t your thing, you could try your hand at one of the many water sports the bay is known for. If you prefer to be more land based, you could be in the Brecon Beacons National Park in around fifty minutes. Or more locally you may wish to explore Bryngarw or Margram Country Parks, both around ten minutes away. With Margram also housing Go Ape Margram, allowing you the opportunity to swing from the trees. Nearby Bridgend is the most local town, being just over ten minutes away. Explore the streets, or if you’re a keen shopper, sample the delights of McArthur Glen Designer Outlet. In just thirty five minutes you could also be in Cardiff city centre. For fans of local history, there are several castles and museums nearby including Ogmore Castle. And you can experience life as it used to be at A Welsh Coal Mining Experience, around thirty minutes away.
