The Willow Hill
The Willow Hill
It’s hard to picture anywhere more idyllic than this hillside haven.
Leave your worries at the door of The Willow Hill. Three absolutely gorgeous pods quite literally nestled into the hillside. Perfectly placed to preside over stunning views across Aberdovey towards the Cambrian Mountains. These are Welsh hideaways devised to maximise relaxation. Featuring a contemporary design with a sleek glass frontage which boldly meets the natural surround. As they’re underfloor heated, they’re also sumptuously comfy year round. And with Wi-Fi you can stay in touch with the outside world – if you want to!
The first pod, Nyth Y Wennol has two king size bedrooms and an ensuite shower room for each. It’s ideal for families, or two couples enjoying a break together. Meanwhile, Barcud Coch and Robin Goch each have one king size bedroom. Perfect for couples, with the L shaped sofa bed in the living space being available for small families.
Inside
With glazing spanning the entire pod, the open plan living space is flooded with natural light. Neutral walls maximise the feeling of space in the living area. With homely touches and greenery creating an aesthetic link with the outside world. Cuddle up on the sofa and watch television, or simply a drink and enjoy a chat. Play games or devour feasts rustled up in your well equipped kitchen at the dining table. With an oven, induction hob, fridge – and a dishwasher to save on arguments over who does the washing up. And come bedtime, refresh in your shower room. Then retire to your comfy king size bed for a carefree night of reinvigorating sleep, waking up refreshed and ready to seek adventure.
Outside
Throw open those glazed doors and breathe in the fresh, country air as you step on to your patio space. There’s no doubt that this will be a space you’ll find it hard to tear yourselves away from. Enjoy morning coffees, and evening tipples as you drink in the glorious views. And if you’re not content with looking at the scenery from the outdoor furniture? Slip into your swimwear and make sure the hot tub is bubbling hot, and your prosecco is chilled to perfection. Ease into the warm waters and feel your troubles become a distant memory as you watch the wondrous sight of the setting sun.
Nearby
If you’d like to break out of your sanctuary at The Willow Hill, you’ll be keen to explore the local area. The village of Aberdovey will be your first port of call. With a beautiful four mile stretch of sand, plus water sports for H2O enthusiasts. Try your hand at paddleboarding, kayaking, rowing and windsurfing. And further out into the estuary, you can even try deep sea fishing. Your pod is ideally located for exploring Southern Snowdonia. Your hiking boots are a must here. Scale the area’s tallest peak, Cadair Idris. You could travel by steam train by hopping aboard Talyllyn at nearby Tywyn, and seeing scenic sights such as Dalgoch Falls.
