Booking Terms and Conditions

ToWander UK is an online directory to showcase unique UK holiday lets. Bookings for any of the properties listed are made directly with the property owners. By cutting out the middle man, we aim to make the process as fair and transparent as possible. 

As bookings are made with property owners directly, each owner will have their own booking terms and conditions for the specific holiday let. They will be delighted to share these with you when you enquire and book your holiday. 

We advise all holiday goers to book travel insurance, be safe, considerate and have fun!

Listing Terms and Conditions

If you choose to list your property with us here at ToWander UK, there are a few things you should know.

Contract

By listing your property with ToWander UK you are agreeing to enter into a 12 month annual contract from the date your first payment is made and each year at point of renewal. 

Fees

Contract fees must be paid when entering into a new contract. You have the choice to pay these on a monthly or annual basis. If you choose to pay monthly, the contract term period is 12 months. Your listing will not be activated on the site until the fees have been received. Renewal fees are automatically taken every twelve months and if you wish to cancel your subscription, simply get in touch and we can cancel the listing when your contract term ceases. Any monthly fees that fall into arrears will incur potential downtime of your property listing.

Contract renewals 

Renewal reminders for contracts will be sent out to you via email approximately one month prior to your renewal date. Renewal payments are taken automatically. If you do not wish to proceed with your renewal, please let us know in writing as soon as possible. 

Your Responsibilities 

By listing your property on ToWander UK and entering into the contract, you are agreeing to:

• Keep your listing up to date. This includes the description, price details, photographs and availability calendar. 
• Respond to all enquiries in a prompt and polite manner. 
• Inform us immediately of any problems or concerns.

Listing Cancellations

You must inform us in writing to cancel your contract with ToWander UK. Cancellations can not be made within the 12 month period, only at the point of renewal. All cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 working days before your renewal date. 

Advertising 

We encourage you to tag ToWander UK in your posts. Share any blog posts from our website in which your property is featured and be proactive in your involvement. We are here to help and support you along the journey.
