Belan View has 3 lodges available to book – Cae Pren, Cae Dafadd and Cae Bedw – all sleeping 2. Cae Bedw is the only lodge that is pet friendly.

Located on a working farm in the gorgeous mid-Wales countryside is Belan View. Three beautiful lodges, handcrafted by the owners, sit side by side offering the most incredible panoramic views. Cae Pren, Cae Dafadd as well as the dog friendly Cae Bedw, are perfect for a rural break for two. Although, with a travel cot and highchair available on request, you could also squeeze in an infant – if you wanted to.
Situated just under three miles away from the market town of Llanfair Caereinion. Belan View is a peaceful spot for those who love being outdoors. Bring your hiking boots and enjoy the many beautiful walks and stunning scenery. Beware however, as the charms of your lodge may be too much to resist. You may find that curling up with a good book may be all the relaxation you need.
Available individually, or why not group together with friends? Hire all three cabins and enjoy a couples break, or a reunion with friends.
Inside
Bring the outside in as you throw open those beautiful glazed doors, allowing natural light to flood the space. The open plan living space is cosy, and perfectly formed for two. With a fully equipped kitchen, coming with an oven, gas hob and microwave for cooking those romantic meals. As well as a fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and a slimline dishwasher. No need to pack the marigolds! Enjoy your delicious meals at the dining table laid for two. For afters, the cosy two seater sofa is perfect for cuddling up on. Snuggle in for movie night on the wall mounted 50” Smart TV. And come bedtime, freshen up in the stylish bathroom. Offering the choice of a relaxing bath, or a refreshing shower, you’re spoiled for choice. All before diving beneath the duvet in the king size bedroom for a reinvigorating night of carefree sleep.
Outside
It’s all about those views at Belan View. While the glazing is well thought out to enjoy the views whatever the weather, there’s nothing quite like being outdoors. Step out onto your elevated private terrace and enjoy your morning coffee at the bistro set. Take a couple of steps down to your paved patio space, where you can enjoy dining al fresco. And make use of those robes as you make the dash into the bubbling waters of your five person hot tub. Ensure the bubbles are chilled to perfection as you create memories to last a lifetime beneath the beautiful night sky.

You may very well be content to lose yourself in the charms of Belan View and its immediate surroundings. After all, those views combined with oodles of walks from the doorstep, are pretty enticing! But for those who prefer to go out and explore, there’s plenty to see and do. A must is the Llanfair Light Railway. Enjoy steaming through the Welsh countryside in a heritage train as you head to Welshpool. Here, you can take a walk by the Montgomery Canal. Find out more about the area at The Wharf Powysland Museum. Or get back to nature at The Whitehouse Nature Reserve. Alternatively, head to the beautiful Powis Castle and Garden. For those who prefer a spot of action, hit the water at SUP Barmouth. Or get in contact with Adrenalin Addicts to enjoy some thrilling adventures! The famous Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) is less than an hour away. As is the beautiful beach and coastal village at Aberdyfi.
