Workout in the gym, swim laps of the indoor and outdoor pools. And if you’re feeling brave there’s even a lily filtered plunge pool. Challenge one another to a game of tennis, or table tennis if you prefer. And the kids will love to explore the playgrounds and nature trails. If you don’t fancy cooking, book a table at the Ballihoo Clubhouse and Restaurant, or head to the Pizza Shack. And if you’re low on supplies, the Ballihoo Market has you covered!

Enter Lamplight Island and at once be enveloped with warmth and homeliness. With quality furnishings and high appliances, it’s a dream of a property. The ground floor is dominated by the beautiful open plan living space. It’s a true hub of this home, perfect for socialising. The kitchen space comes well equipped with Miele appliances, while the gorgeous island is both on trend and functional. The living space takes full advantage of the large expanse of glazing looking out across the lake. Huddled around the log burner, it also benefits from the Smart TV, allowing access to all your favourite tv shows and films. Upstairs you’ll find the four bedrooms. The master being a super king with an ensuite bathroom with its own private balcony. There’s no better place to sample that first morning coffee. The second bedroom, a king, also has access to its own balcony and shares the family bathroom. Bedroom three is a high sleeper double room, accommodating four people. While the final room can also sleep four and is perfect for a family. With a double bed and single over the top, as well as a separate single bed and an ensuite.

The private deck space is the best spot to take in both the fresh air and the lakeside views. Head out and preside over all the best Lamplight Island has to offer. Whether you’re catching up on the gossip of day to day life. Or looking for a quiet moment of contemplation, this is a wonderful spot. Rustle up a feast on the dual fuel barbecue. And dine al fresco at the comfortable dining set. And should the British weather bless you with sunshine, there’s even a parasol on hand to keep you shaded.

The elegant and historic market town of Cirencester is just fifteen minutes away. With Cheltenham being around half an hour’s drive, and Bath is slightly further afield, an hour away. Get lost in the past and the present of these wonderful urban landscapes. If you’re enjoying the outdoor life, head next door to Cotswold Water Park for lots of exciting water based (and not so water based) activities. And all within forty minutes you can be at a number of Cotswolds attractions. Cotswolds Motoring Museum is a must visit for petrol-heads. Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens, and Cotswold Farm Park are ideal for animal lovers. While nature lovers will be fascinated by The National Arboretum at Westonbirt.
